Ciaran Meyers, BSc (Hons), MRICS, was instrumental in setting up Insurance Property Surveys Ltd in 2005 when it was identified that there was a niche for Property Investors to obtain good technical advice at a competitive rate, provided by professionally qualified surveyors.

Ciaran has extensive knowledge of fire insurance valuations, having previously been employed by the UK's then leading firm of Chartered Loss Adjusters. He has over 20 years' Chartered experience, 17 of which have been in the insurance industry. He also has a 'hands-on' approach to undertaking the work and would be your direct point of contact in getting the surveys carried out.

IPS Ltd now work closely with brokers, particularly the Reich Insurance Group.
